The promoter to this promotion is Bonsai Tree (Pty) Ltd. (“Bonsai Tree”) (registration number:  2017 / 114467 / 07) a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa and having its registered address at 25 Beaulieu, Heritage Park, Somerset West, 7130, South Africa.

All persons joining the “I love Bonsai Tree” photo competition ("the promotion") ("the entrants") agree that the promotion rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them.

The entrant must be an individual of age 18 years or older and must reside in the Republic of South Africa.

Participants may submit as many unique entries as they wish, each will be considered however all entries must be posted to a public profile.

A winner will be selected by an independent adjudicator based on creativity and originality. The winner will be announced on 19th October 2022 at 13:00 on Instagram as a LIVE broadcast. The judge’s decision is final.

The prize is a R5000 gift card that can be redeemed for any product/service available on www.bonsaitree.co.za.

The prize is not transferrable to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash.

By participating you give permission for Bonsai Tree (Pty) Ltd. to use your picture/s and caption/s for future marketing efforts.
