Good hobbyist tool
Tool seems well made. Great idea for inexperienced grafters. I only used it on 50 pecan trees. and found it to be slow in comparison to a 80 mm long split type graft. (96% success rate) My normal split graft is much faster, and a much cleaner cut is obtained with a knife. I therefore will not advise it for professional use. I had 2580 Trees to graft in the field this season.

Thanks Piet for that valuable feedback! Wow, 2580 is quite a few grafts. Sorry that the Duratool was not entirely to your satisfaction. Perhaps the slightly more expensive tool would have worked better for your more demanding requirements. Hope your grafts were successful nonetheless!

grafting tool
All is still very premature. Our rootstocks are still very young, but we have started using on the graft-ready plants. The tool made it quicker and maybe more professional. So far the results looks promising on the avocado trees. My staff is still under training, but we have confidence that with your equipment success will be obtained.
