Sundew, Drosera roseana

Price is for a single, potted plant.

Overview

Drosera roseana is another easy-to-grow pygmy sundew. For a pygmy sundew it is actually medium in size and has very attractive orange-red to red leaves in quite a dense rosette of leaves. The leaves bear a resemblance to little cherry lollipops, at the end of the green stems. As this plant grows the rosette becomes taller and below it leaves a column of sticky red leaves below. The roseana likes a sunny and fairly humid position. In the middle of summer the grower will be rewarded with many small white, fragrant flowers.
