Store Pickup

Select if you reside near our premises in Somerset West, know someone who can collect on your behalf or you opt to use your own courier. Please note, once collected no claims for damages or otherwise will be entertained.

If you opted for the PICKUP option rather then delivery, and you have failed to collect your order within the 30 day period then this order will be considered abandoned and the goods will be restocked. There is no refund or voucher issued for abandoned orders

Courier delivery

We offer a no risk shipping policy. If your order arrives damaged simply send us a photo and we will send you a replacement at our cost. If this is not possible you will receive a full refund.

We are fully transparent about the courier options presented at checkout. Please ensure you select your preferred courier.  

Locker delivery

By selecting a locker delivery, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for collecting parcels within the collection window as communicated by SMS/email.

If you are unable to collect your package within the timeframe or if you wish the package/s to be delivered to another address please make the necessary arrangements with us. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the courier depot. Such packages can be forwarded on to a physical address of your choice returned. In both situations above all related forwarding costs are for the customers account, roughly what a door to door delivery from us would have been.

Responsibility transfers once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the selected locker location.

Delivery timelines may vary from those stated depending on locker availability and operational constraints.
