Store Pickup

Select if you reside near our premises in Somerset West, know someone who can collect on your behalf or you opt to use your own courier. Please note, once collected no claims for damages or otherwise will be entertained.

If you opted for the PICKUP option rather then delivery, and you have failed to collect your order within the 30 day period then this order will be considered abandoned and the goods will be restocked. There is no refund or voucher issued for abandoned orders

Courier delivery

We offer a no risk shipping policy. If your order arrives damaged simply send us a photo and we will send you a replacement at our cost. If this is not possible you will receive a full refund in the form of a store credit, courier fees can not be credited however.

We are fully transparent about the courier options presented at checkout. Please ensure you select your preferred courier.
