Tropical Pitcher, Nepenthes 'maxima x aristolochiodes,' BE-3562

Love it, it is really a beautiful plant.

I am always happy with the plants I get. They are handled with care and always packaged properly. Great service and a healthy plant. (I got a lot of live spaginum moss with my plant… very happy)

Incredible plant, arrived safely & healthy and even bigger than I was expecting. Will be buying from here again!

Beautiful plant that was very well packaged and arrived in great condition

Our pitcher arrived with 2 fully formed pitchers on the plant already. It was so carefully packed and shipped. The plants received are healthy and in a stunning condition.

Lovely plant, arrived in good condition and can’t wait to see how it grows out!

My plant arrived well packed and in good condition.

Very good quality plants always!

Beautifully grown plant. I was also really happy with the care taken to pack the plant for delivery.

Great. Transplanted into a bigger hanging pot. New pitchers are developing nicely.

The delivery was great came the next day. And got a lot of support. And it very fast caught a bug.

Tropical picher came in fantastic condition, packaged extremely well and arrived quickly. Will definitely buy from bonsaitree.co.za again.

A good healthy plant that arrived on my doorstep in perfect condition. From ordering to receiving my package, the whole shipping experience was fantastic. I'm very happy and will purchase again!

Plant arrived in two days and was in perfect condition. To be honest exceeded my expectations will definitely be buying more and urge you to buy too.

Bought my first Nepenthes (from a different online vendor) in May 2024, and was rather disappointed by it - it arrived without any pitchers, and in the more than eight months that I've had it since, it hasn't even looked like producing a single pitcher. How much of that was due to my ignorance with the plant type and its required humidity levels, and how much was due to me receiving a substandard specimen, remains up for debate. Nevertheless, it made me skeptical about my ability to grow Nepenthes successfully.

That being said, I purchased this one from Bonsai Tree in November 2024 (mainly for comparison purposes, in order to try to answer the above question), and have also acquired a room humidifier to try and improve the conditions for both plants. The one from Bonsai Tree at least arrived with pitchers (four to be precise), although three of them quickly died off. Since getting the humidifier in December 2024, it has grown one new pitcher from scratch itself, which just opened its lid the other day. Still nothing as yet from the first plant.

So with very high humidity levels and a decent level of bright shade now available for both Neps, I am leaning towards my first one being substandard (unless I really abused it too much in the past with too much direct sunlight and too little humidity, and it's really taking its time to recover). Either way, the new one from Bonsai Tree is finally winning my heart over towards Nepenthes, and I won't be buying my carnivorous plants from anywhere else again!

So glad I bought this little plant. It is amazing watching the tiny pitchers take shape, and the prospect of taking care of something exotic felt daunting but a healthy plant and the YouTube tutorials by Terry makes it so easy. Looking forward to expand my collection.

She's so awesome...thanks.

The whole process of buying some carnivorous plants was a pleasure. The plants were packaged brilliantly and the hand written thank you card for being my first order was a lovely touch. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Highly recommend Bonsai Tree, the plant looks really amazing and healthy! I will buy from them in the future again!

Thanks for the great service! Plant looks great and healthy. I do recommend to buy from Bonsaitree. I also will buy from them again in the future 😁
