Acacia Bonsai Growing Kit

Great package with little book, waiting for spring to plant.

We planted our seeds and in less than a couple of days they already started sprouting. The kit is well presented and very easy to follow. Super happy with this purchase!

Wonderful and so exciting watching them grow from just a tiny seed. I do recommend soaking the seeds well and making an incision through the thick black hide and then after about 4 days soaking, carefully and gently peel the hide away so you are left with the cream almost cashew nut looking insides. Then place them between moist kitchen towels in a plastic container in a warm place for another 3 days (homemade greenhouse effect) and see them sprout like crazy! All 3 seedlings are doing well, bought 2 extra pots for the other 2 seeds and my little trees are about 5-8 cm tall after little over a month!

The Delivery was VERY fast and the receiver of the Secret Santa gift is very pleased. I will definetely buy one for my self in the near future as well

The kit is absolutely amazingly put together with such clear instructions - super impressed - sadly none of my seeds grew - but as soon as I can get some more seeds or another kit, I will most definitely be trying again

Awesome experience with this kit. The little trees grow very quickly! Very interesting to see the leaves close up at night or when they have had enough sunlight. I'm definitely excited to see how they grow and develop in the future!

Received a neatly packaged kit with welcome card and samples which added that personal touch.

I bought the Baobab growing kit and followed the instructions as per the guide and the YouTube video. Out of the 3 seeds, one is growing. I destroyed one when trying to peel the hard shell and I partially broke the other during the peeling process. I’d say that is the trickiest part as the seed itself is quite soft as you try and peel the hard shell. Time will tell if I have successfully grown a baobab tree, but I do have a little seedling of a tree at the moment.

I love my bonsai tree with all my heart and after having a lot of fun with it as I saw it grow, now I'm constantly worried if it will ever be okay again. The guide contained within the pack advised that in spring, the taproot should be pruned and that the trunk must be cut so the tree won't grow taller and this is what I did at the beginning of September. The tree has never given me major problems since the seed germinated in January but ever since I followed those instructions, it's been one problem after the other. The tree lost all its leaves, it is no longer stable, and it is dying at the top, I kept watering it hoping that it will revive again from Sept to Nov. Nothing was changing for a while until recently, when some leaves started emerging at the bottom of the trunk but the top is still dying and it doesn't seem to have stabilized as it used to be. I feel super sad and discouraged because I was super happy with it and it is very dear to me. There isn't much guidance on the website, in the guide and on the net in general about how to take care of new small bonsai when you have limited experience and it is very discouraging

Thank you Terry for the free gifts as well. Still waiting for the seeds to germinate. I have followed the instructions precisely. After doing some research, other suggestions were to clip the seeds after soaking them, not sure if this should of been done. I think I could of had them facing the incorrect way in the soil, had to readjust. Hoping for them the germinate.

I was very lucky, ONE healthy Bonsai growing out of 3 seeds.
