Overview

This diminutive Drosera tomentosa var glabra is indigenous to the mountainous regions of Brazil. It is not full-sized and ostentatious like other Sundews, rather, it builds a rosette of flat leaves that lie close to the soil and measure roughly 1.5cm - 2.5cm in diameter. The defining element that distinguishes it from other sundews, however, is its flower stalk. Rising up to 30cm above the plant, the stalk exhibits an array of pink blossoms, with miniscule fur adorning its length.
