What is it?
White Peat Moss is considered by some as the best organic growing medium for containerized plants. White Peat Moss is sterile, which is great when used in seedling mixes. However microbial life does thrive in it and it has the capacity to adsorb nutrients for future release. It has a 6.0pH-value. Despite its very light and open structure, it is water retentive but does not impede drainage in the root zone. The addition of GreenFibre ensures stable air capacity and drainage.
The following nutrients have been added; Nitrogen 140mg N/L, Phosphorus 100 mg/L, Potassium 180 mg/L, Magnesium 100 mg/L and all the necessary trace elements.
How to use?
Peat Moss may be used for indoor, balcony and container plants. Salt-sensitive ornamentals will benefit particularly from this medium. You do not need to add anything to this peat substrate but you can add crushed Leca for added drainage.
