Description
Live plant tissue is exposed and vulnerable to infection when cut. A good sealer must be applied to the wound to prevent such infection as well as cracking due to drying out. Preventing the cut from drying out will ensure that the live cambium/tissue of the tree will be able to heal the scar quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Uses
- Sealing of smaller cuts when reducing branch length.
- Vital for when grafting to provide an air and watertight seal.

Happy camper!
Look as far as sealing wounds and cuts this is superior to other cut paste i have used before, stays soft and does not peel off in rainy conditions, great economy can go a long way with 30grams, just don't like the coulor being light on darker tree trunks, but thats just my 10 cents.

Japanese Cut paste
I have been using this product for about 3-4 years and I can say that it definitely speeds upthe healing process on the cuts of all my maples. It also is useful to apply on freshly cut wounds to prevent disease.

Cut paste
I have no real experience with this type of product and thus the proof of the pudding will be much later. There are no instructions in English which for a beginner does not help! The lid cap is very narrow so be careful not to slip too much off otherwise the replacement cap will not go back on. So far as delivery was concerned that was great it arrive in good order and time.
