This vibrant and striking hybrid from Borneo Exotics boasts a beautiful mix of dark red and purple. It's the perfect plant for those enamored with the rafflesiana's appearance but don't have the ideal lowland conditions all year round. Not only is this hardy hybrid resilient in a wide range of environments, but it was also first introduced in September 2016 by Borneo Exotics themselves. Its female parent is a stunning dark purple specimen of the Nepenthes densiflora and the male parent is a dark, semi-giant form of the Brunei Nepenthes rafflesiana, nicknamed "clone 99" and previously sold under BE-3148. This rare variety is a carefully selected clone from micropropagation and was first unveiled in September 2016, making it relatively new to the market.
